The Ethiopia's lush natural process brings a cooked stone-fruit sweetness and juicy depth, while the Colombia's bright citric lift and caramel warmth round everything out into something unmistakably reminiscent of canned peaches and pastel de nata — that soft, custardy richness with a golden, caramelised edge. It's a blend that rewards slow mornings and unhurried sips, equally at home as a filter or a milk-based espresso drink. Comforting, complex, and just a little bit magical.
