Santa Isabel Decaf - Guatemala
By taste alone, you would never know this coffee was a decaf. This organic Mountain Water Process is a very rich and flavorful coffee. This organic decaf is decaffeinated using fresh spring water from Pico de Orizaba, the highest mountain in Mexico. Each batch of beans is steamed to create a green coffee extract, this extract is passed through a filter to remove the caffeine, and then reintroduced to the coffee. This process removes 99% of the caffeine, while retaining the naturally complexity of the coffee. We are blown away every week on the cupping table and are proud to serve an enjoyable decaf for those who choose to limit their caffeine intake.
