Processing Journey
About 47 smallholder farmers deliver their coffee to the Tenjolaya Ciwidey wet mill for processing. The depulped cherries undergo a classic washed process before being fermented for 16 hours. After fermentation the coffee is sun-dried on patios.

This tasty coffee is powered by the dedicated small holder farmers of the Rancabali sub district. They deliver their cherries to the Tenjolaya Ciwidey wet mill for processing. Due to the humid conditions drying coffee is hard for small farmers so this wet mill is a vital tool for the area. It allows farmers to put their best foot forward and gain access to larger audiences.-
