We’ve blended a honey processed Costa Rican coffee with a Natural Ethiopian for a little winter brightness. It has a full mouthfeel that will be a little creamy for some. The two coffees create a comforting winter cup with enough vibrancy to make the cold days feel a little less tiresome. It brews wonderfully as drip, and will pull delicious espresso shots for the adventurous home brewer.
