From Colombia to Virginia Beach
Sweet Virginia is currently a smooth and sweet double anaerobic process caturra varietal from Nestor and Adrian Lasso. Nestor and Adrian represent a new generation of innovative coffee producers in Colombia and globally. The second anaerobic phase of this lot was done with microbial mossto, juice made from compressed coffee cherries, from the previous anaerobic phase. They’re relentlessly experimenting to give their coffee exceptional flavor. We’re excited for you to try this special coffee from a special team.
