Beginning with the basics of coffee, what it is, and where it comes from, we continuously train our staff to gain and maintain a deeper knowledge of the products they're serving. Roasting in-house has provided us with a great environment in which we can learn, teach, and grow in all the ways of coffee. Each new coffee that we offer is roasted, cupped, and tasted multiple times to ensure consistency across various palettes, with additional origin information provided to our staff with each coffee release.
We source our coffee from quality-focused producers that are transparent about their farming practices and treatment of their staff, and we're always searching for those producers who offer more than just a great coffee. We aim to support those who support others, from farmers who offer fair access to healthcare for their employees, to managing partners who assist in the building of schools and roads. Coffee is a global product with a global impact and our goal is to do everything we can to make this impact a positive one- a journey that begins with knowledge.
