Sítio Fazendinha - Brazil
Sítio Fazendinha
Taste Story
This naturally processed lot from Brazil has a rich body with a shot of citrus vibrancy. It’s approachable and comforting with tasty sensations of custard desserts, and perfectly baked pastries. Citrus brightness provides the cup with a bit of a warming glow. In the background of the cup you’ll find some tropical fruit sweetness that rounds things out wonderfully.
Processing Journey
Carefully picked ripe cherries dry in the sun for 15-21 days. The cherries are moved throughout the day to ensure even drying.
