A micro lot Geisha from Luis Fernando - Buesaco Narino, Colombia
After six year of wanting we pulled the trigger on our first Geisha coffee this year. Its special to us because it comes from the Buesaco growing region of Narino Colombia, which is a favorite. Coffees from this region exhibit tons of juicy character and this one is no different. White peach notes are delicate up front and it finishes with delicate caramels and floral notes. Close to roast you get a nice round butterscotch mouthfeel, but as it rests a week or so it tends to give more delicate florals.
