From award-winning third generation producer Luis Alberto, Finca La Benedicion is a honey process Pacamara varietal that hails from the Dipilto-Jalapa Nicaraguan mountain range in northeast Nueva Segovia. This Pacamara varietal is grown on the 252 acre finca in loose, sandy soil, with abundant rainfall and diverse environment that creates optimal growing conditions for the 105 acres occupied by coffee. The care and attention to detail that is given in the washing and drying station by Luis and his team is evident in this clean and bright example of a single varietal honey processed micro lot coffee.
