This washed Pacas lot from El Cedral, Honduras is clean, bright and comforting. Plenty of apple brightness rounded out with caramelized pastry sweetness. This is a fantastic everyday coffee, think mornings on the porch with good conversation. You’ll get plenty of amazing brews from this wonderful coffee.
Farmer Profile
Ramon Rodriguez began by mostly farming vegetables in 1982 before dabbling in coffee starting in 1990. While successful Ramon resisted cultivating micro lots until finally relenting around 2010. Soon after he placed 12th in a Cup of Excellence competition. He is now known to produce some of the most flavorful and clean coffees in the El Cedral region of Honduras.
