This unique offering is part of Three Ships Coffee Roasters’s two-part series from producer Negusse Debela of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Negusse Debela’s mission is to showcase the diverse flavors and complexities of Ethiopian coffee. This one from his Worka Chelbessa washing station does so beautifully with a juicy mouthfeel and floral finish. You will have no problem adapting this for your preferred brewing method.
