Eduardo Martin’s farm was founded in the early 1940’s. The original plot of land was deep in the mountains of Huehuetenango. The family’s love for coffee farming grew through the generations. Edy, the youngest of the family has a strong passion for quality that has led us to source this exceptional reflection of the beauty capable in this region of the world.
A great balance of traditional nutty and chocolate notes with subtle honey like sweetness. We also taste notes of apple pie and maybe some hints of macadamia nut.
We roast orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ship out on Fridays.
